You are the key to happiness!

Here is a quick guide to find happiness through your passion!

First of all, You are in control of your destiny and happiness.  If you want it your desire will become a reality.

If you have family and friends, embrace them and help them.  If you don’t have anyone near you…find some.

Common interest in a hobby or interest group help break the ice.

Make an attempt to get involved.

It’s time to connect with a new hobby to relax with or reconnect with a passion.

      January is National Hobby month.  

Now it’s time to get serious!

A time to pursue an activity outside your regular occupation for relaxation!

Exercise, eat well, keep the finger prints down on the door knobs and refrigerator and start a hobby! 

How about little exercise to start?

Exercise or walk for at least 30 minutes per day, to get the most of your exercise.

Include aerobic and core building exercises.  Walking is very good even if it is indoors. The weather may warm so walk in the morning or evening.  Find a friend to walk with, you don’t need to always talk sometimes it is nice to just enjoy the birds and sites.

Set a plan: 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 5,000 steps etc.  whatever works.

After your cup of coffee, have a handful of walnuts and sip of water then time for workout!

Limit snacks till after you do an activity.  Make it healthy with fruit, nuts, carrots, celery.

Breathe and Stretch with Yoga 

Go  for a walk.  It will nourish your body, strengthen your muscles and keep your brain sharp!

Set a smart goal.  I would like to help you figure out exactly what change you want to achieve. 

Be Specific, have a goal, and be realistic. 

Small actionable change .  If you decide to write a book, perhaps  break it down to chapters, pages and who knows next thing you have a book.

Remember, Rome Wasn’t built in one day!  

Your choice! 

Try gluing corks or shells together, playing music, art, reading a good book, wood work, or adding to your collection.
